    Hi,

    I came across your website and is interested in your training regime. I suffer from the same problem as you and i just can’t seem to lose any pounds despite regular exercises. I would like to ask you if there’s any solution to this and I really hope that you’re able to share it with me. Appreciate it.

    Hello Samantha,
    well the training regime that worked for me can be purchased from teambeachbody.com.
    But cos they don’t ship overseas, i bought them off Amazon/ebay.
    They are home workouts that required commitment probably 5-6 days a week. You can go to the website and check it out. Kinda costly but its really a good investment.. rather than spending even more on products that don’t work. Check it out and you can drop me a message again 🙂

        Hmm you can take a look at the full package content at the teambeachbody site and compare with what the seller is offering in the sale item. Usually its about the same 🙂 choose the ones that state that it is new or used once/twice or in good condition. If you’re buying turbofire, make sure they say it comes with a lower body band and at least 13 dvds(can’t rmb the exact number) that’s about it. Oh and you will need to purchase your own resistance band to go with the workout.. You could get one at the local reebok. I bought from amazon which is damn expensive :/
