YOU CAN DO IT TOO

You know, despite the colossal amount of weight loss methods out there,

the question is still asked alot.

‘How did you do it?’

‘What is your secret?’

Be it through workouts, strength training, cardio, aerobics, even those controversial slimming pills(big no-no), the list goes on…..

Truth is,

there are plenty of ways to lose the weight and get healthy.

I work out 6 days a weeks, and at least an hour a day.

That might not work for you or your schedule may not be able to accomodate that..

Its not the only way.

Perhaps your performance is peaked at 3-4 times a week.

It took me 2 whole years to look like this,

it might take you shorter, or longer.

Everyone is different.

However,

one thing remains constant.

ULTIMATELY,

the formula to shedding those pounds and getting fit is

Hardwork and Dedication.

Those fats around your tummy will not mysteriously disappear with you just plain whining about it,

Those muscles will not miraculously develop with you staring at yourself in the mirror everyday complaining why can’t i be like him/her,

You can’t expect your body to lose significant amount of weight if you just work out once a month.

Whichever way you set your mind to,

stick to it.

An almighty force WILL NOT transcend upon you and make you fit overnight.

Commit yourself and give yourself time,

with determination,

your results your come.

I guess this applies to everything we try to accomplish.

(I’m actually in the midst of a work out and i had an ‘ah ha!’ moment 😛  I’m going back to my exercise now tata!)
