EAT MORE, WEIGH LESS!

You know how we always tend to stick to just 3 meals a day, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner?
Now, scratch that, and have 5 !
You probably hear that alot too, but do you know why?
Thats because as you eat more often, it prevents your body from going into starvation mode.
Don’t wait till you’re hungry before you have your next meal.
Instead, take small servings of healthy food in between meals to maintain that metabolism!
While the time period between lunch and dinner is a long time, you will tend to overeat as you are so hungry by the time the next meal time comes.
So switch your diet routine around and have 5 meals :
Breakfast, snack 1, Lunch, snack 2 then Dinner.
Stock up on snacks such as energy bars, nuts, fruits etc and pack them in your bag 🙂
Have small meals of controlled portion size and you will realize the reduction in calorie intake after a while.
But of course, you must plan your meals well,
do not end up having 5 huge meals instead ok?
