Gulp down 2 big glasses of water in the morning!

Every morning after I’m awake and done with washing up, the first thing I will do is to head to the kitchen and drink up!
Your body has been in slumber for the past 6,7 hours, your throat is dry from the constant blowing of the aircon, your stomach is empty..
By doing so, you’re able to cleanse and flush away those things that have been in your body overnight.
If you realise, our pee is particularly yellow during our first trip to the loo.

This is not medically proven, just something I thought is beneficial for our body.

Water is good for you anyhow right?
