>My diet these couple days have been terrible.
I’ve been busy with moving house that I can’t prepare any home cooked food.
Its been take away every single day and it has caused me to feel really sluggish.
Can’t wait for everything to settle so I can resume my usual routine.
Even my daily workout has been affected too, limited space and so many interruptions.
Hate this feeling

Diet is very important because it can make or break the effectiveness of your workout..

School starts next week too!
